We enjoyed a lovely stay at the hotel, especially for a birthday celebration. The highlight was the beautiful suite with stunning mountain views and a fantastic terrace. While the dining experience was generally good, I felt that the breakfast could get a bit crowded and underwhelming at peak times. Customer service left a lot to be desired; I faced an uncomfortable situation during breakfast that detracted from the overall experience. Nevertheless, the wellness area was a dream for relaxation after a day out exploring.
